Our Cocoa Powder Varieties

Natural Cocoa Powder

Made from ground cacao beans after fat extraction, natural cocoa powder retains its natural acidity, resulting in a lighter brown color and fruitier, sharper flavor. Perfect for baking with baking soda in leavened recipes.

Alkalized (Dutched) Cocoa Powder

Treated with potassium carbonate using a process developed in the Netherlands. This gives the powder a darker color, smoother taste, and reduced acidity - perfect for baking, chocolate drinks, and desserts.

Black Cocoa Powder

Premium quality black cocoa powder with intense dark color and rich flavor, ideal for specialty applications and gourmet creations.
